Terms and Conditions of Shine-N-Go Car Wash (the "Car Wash" or "we") with Customers ("you")

Monthly Membership and Payment: Car Wash membership is for unlimited monthly washes at our location (450 S Columbia Ave, Rincon, GA 31326), up to one visit per day. Payment will be charged to your credit card upon your confirmation of purchase.

 

Automatic Renewal and Fees: Membership automatically renews each month unless cancelled. Monthly membership fees are charged in advance of the month of membership.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the Car Wash in person, at +(912) 289-3388, or on our website through the contact us page.

We reserve the right to terminate a membership without refund or credit due to violation of any of our terms or conditions.

No Refunds: No refunds or credits will be made for unused or partial membership months (including days we are closed). Membership services may not be available on holidays, or due to weather and/or maintenance.

We reserve the right to close due to inclement weather, holiday, equipment maintenance, and/or upgrades.

Car Wash Package Features: We reserve the right to modify the features of our car wash packages, including services offered and pricing, at any time without prior notice.
